Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened, used or tampered with.

We take great care to ensure every order leaves us in perfect condition. If your item arrives unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in fully resalable condition. Return postage is at the customers own expense.

Please note:

• Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes fragrances where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been unwrapped.
• We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
